The public relations are considered the link between any company and its
community. Every company in society performs a speciĐc service or products for
community members. Thus, there should be public relations with those
individuals that aim to inform and persuade them of the service, along with
receiving their feedbacks to evaluate the services and get views about their
support. The company should respect those views and set them as a guide for
strong, connective and mutual trust-based relations between the two sides.
